Deadline to apply: 31/03/2027

Project Overview: This project is designed exclusively for VET (Vocational Education and Training) teachers, trainers, and school management staff. Our main goal is to foster professional development by exchanging innovative teaching methodologies, digital tools, and strategies that better connect vocational training with the current demands of the European labor market.

Main Objectives:

  1. Methodological Innovation: Share and learn best practices regarding active learning methodologies (such as challenge-based learning or gamification) applied to Vocational Training.

  2. Digital & Green Upskilling: Enhance the digital competences of VET teachers to integrate advanced tech tools and sustainability concepts into their specific professional modules.

  3. Corporate-School Synergies: Study how different European regions manage partnerships between VET centers and local companies to improve students’ future employability.

Activities & Mobilities:

  • Job Shadowing: Cross-visitation and peer-to-peer observation among teachers to analyze classroom dynamics, workshop management, and industry cooperation in partner countries.

  • Teaching Assignments: Opportunities for expert VET teachers to deliver short seminars or workshops at partner schools.

  • Co-creation of Resources: Collaborative design of updated educational materials and evaluation tools.

We are looking for: European VET schools and institutions interested in professional network building, teacher-only mobility exchanges (Job Shadowing), and upgrading the pedagogical skills of their teaching staff.
