ENAIP Trentino is looking for a partner organisation in Spain for an Erasmus+ VET learners group mobility project in the hospitality, catering and tourism sector. The activity is focused on strengthening students’ technical and practical competences, autonomy, soft skills and awareness of European quality standards through a professionalising experience abroad.
The project involves VET learners from hospitality-related pathways, such as kitchen, pastry, restaurant service, bar service, reception, tourism and accommodation services. Students should take part in practical learning activities in real or simulated professional contexts, such as VET laboratories.
The mobility should include progressive learning-by-doing activities, observation of professional routines, guided practice, teamwork and reflection on the competences acquired. Possible areas of activity may include food preparation, service techniques, mise en place, customer care, professional communication, hygiene and safety procedures, organisation of workstations, quality control, sustainability in hospitality and intercultural awareness.
The expected learning outcomes include improvement of technical and operational skills, ability to follow procedures and quality standards, better organisation of tasks and workplace, increased autonomy, responsibility, communication, problem solving, teamwork and use of a foreign language in professional situations.
Before the mobility, ENAIP Trentino will define learning outcomes, preparation activities and monitoring tools. During the mobility, students will be supported by accompanying staff and by mentors or tutors from the host organisation. After the mobility, the results will be evaluated, recognised and integrated into the students’ learning pathway through evidence, feedback, competence grids and Europass Mobility.

What qualities we seek in potential partners
We are looking exclusively for partners based in Spain, with experience in VET and in hosting group mobility for learners. The ideal partner should provide safe, practical and well-structured work-based learning activities coherent with students’ vocational profiles, with tutoring or mentoring during the mobility. The partner should help define clear learning outcomes, give feedback on acquired competences and support recognition through competence grids, reports or Europass Mobility. We value previous Erasmus+ experience, reliable communication, attention to inclusion and willingness.
