This Erasmus+ KA122-SCH project by UAB STEAM pasaulis (Lithuania) aims to strengthen staff competences, integrate artificial intelligence into early childhood education, and improve communication between staff and parents. Six preschool staff will take part in job shadowing and training courses in Spain, Portugal and Greece, gaining practical experience in AI-supported learning activities and effective communication methods. Results will be shared with colleagues and other Lithuanian preschools to raise the overall quality of early childhood education.
