Our students between 2/ 3- 13/14 years old are mainly Italian, but we also have
students from other EU countries, as well as immigrants from other continents.
We have 140 teachers, 3 no teaching staff and 1040 learners.
IC Pagani of Monterubbiano extends over 6 municipalities and 15 schools from the
hills to the coast.
IC Pagani wants to reinforce the processes of internationalization, innovation and
inclusion in our school by widening our staff and students’ cultural horizons. These
needs have influenced the choice of our partner . We look for multilingual experiences
in innovative and inclusive schools.
These are crucial elements to allow our school to build a rooted European
citizenship and to improve our linguistic competences.Such an experience is
fundamental to enhance our digital competences as an added value to the
teaching/learning process and to inclusive implement paths for students with SEN, for
those who have a socioeconomic hardship and risk early school-leaving

INNOVATIVE TEACHING Using innovative teaching strategies in innovative learning environments ( indoor and outdoor) can make learning easier and more effective. Experimenting with diverse strategies in the classroom is an iterative process that will assist teachers in promoting learning to encourage student growth ● ICT : Our school is equipped with innovative teaching spaces. We use ICT and of active teaching methods (Kegan, flipped classroom, outdoor education, DADA ): digital and interactive tools increase student concentration and, therefore, they assimilate concepts more quickly, enhancing learning ● STEM - Innovative STEM Teaching from kindergarte n : Lego spike, bee-bot, ● ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY: hydroponic cultivations, ● INCLUSION : ❖ supporting students with SEN to build relationships and resilience. ❖ KiVa program, which is effective to prevent and counteract bullying and cyberbullying, will be fundamental. ● MULTILINGUISTIC: lessons in english, french and spanish with mothertongue teachers ❖ CLIL ❖ twinning – summer school in Winster ❖ etwinning ❖ Erasmus mobility for teachers and students
