exSELlens™ is an innovative educational organization based in Greece, dedicated to fostering emotional and social well-being in education through evidence-informed frameworks and experiential learning. Founded and led by Theodora Bogiou, a pioneer in education with over 25 years of experience, exSELlens empowers educators, students, and school leaders to create thriving learning environments grounded in purpose, emotional literacy, and holistic development.

Our work spans the development and delivery of structured programmes, teacher training certifications, and school-wide strategies that integrate emotional well-being into daily educational practice. We specialize in designing scalable, adaptable models such as the SPARKED Method, the Diploma in Social & Emotional Well-Being™, and student-centred initiatives like Reselient Teens™, which have already impacted schools across Europe and Africa.

As an organization, exSELlens places a strong emphasis on cross-cultural exchange, equity, inclusion, and lifelong learning. We are active in projects that support underserved schools, including our initiative Teachers Adopt Teachers, which connects educators internationally to build capacity and share resources.
