Emphasys centre

Emphasys, is a professional Training, Research and Software Development Centre established in 1998, approved by the Ministry of Education. It is organised in 4 main departments:

1. ICT TRAINING DEPARTMENT which offers a wide range of validated (micro-credentials) professional development courses, as well as upskilling courses for all learners, at the national and EU level through the Erasmus+ KA1 Learning Mobility.
2. RESEARCH DEPARTMENT which is involved in the implementation of EU projects such as ERASMUS+, AMIF, Creative Europe, CERV, Horizon Europe etc.
3. SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT which is involved in the design and development of custom-made digital tools, serious games using 3D, VR, AR and AI, e-learning platforms, portals, assessment tools etc.
4. STRATEGIC RESEARCH PLANNING DEPARTMENT which is involved in the preparation of research-based proposals (e.g. Erasmus+, AMIF, Horizon, Creative Europe, CERV) offers consultancy services, networking, policy advocacy etc. services.
