The “Growing 360” project creates a paradigm shift in Adult Education by moving beyond traditional academic instruction to embrace a truly holistic approach. Over a three-year period, this initiative aims to initiate a transformative research and training process focused on the personal, social, academic, and professional growth of adult learners.

Led by the CFPA Mercè Rodoreda in consortium with CFPA de Orihuela, and coordinated by José T. Pastor Pérez, “Growing 360” seeks to translate these theoretical pillars into practical, adaptable applications for the adult classroom.
