The Argoncilhe School Cluster in Portugal received Erasmus accreditation in 2023 after several years of successful international cooperation and project development. The project is based on a humanistic vision of education that promotes respect for diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities for all members of the school community.
The initiative focuses on four main priority areas: inclusive education, gender equality, prevention of domestic and dating violence, and digital transformation in education. Over four years, teachers and staff will participate in international training activities, while students will engage in exchanges with European partner schools.
The project also aims to involve families and the wider community through training and job-shadowing activities. Through these actions, the school seeks to develop innovative practices, strengthen inclusion and equality, and foster international cooperation in education.

What qualities we seek in potential partners
We are looking to cooperate with innovative schools with innovative teaching practices and pedagogies. We are especially interested in institutions committed to inclusive education, ensuring meaningful participation for students from minority backgrounds and learners with disabilities. Furthermore, we seek partners who actively promote gender equality and foster a culture of respect, non-violence, and well-being within schools, families, and the wider community as these are our project's key goals.
