We aim to significantly improve our participants’ academic competence through game-based learning.

The goal is to develop innovative training methods that combine technology and hands-on learning, providing participants with tools that enhance their work readiness and academic skills. We also seek to promote inclusion, sustainable development, and crossborder collaboration, while creating a more personalized and engaging learning environment for participants.

The main objective of our Erasmus+ project is to explore how gaming, game-based learning, and gamification can be used to support adults in progressing towards study competence and further educational pathways.

What qualities we seek in potential partners

The main objective of our Erasmus+ project is to explore how gaming, gamification, and game-based learning can support adults in progressing towards further education and employability. Through training and job shadowing mobilities, we are investigating how digital and immersive learning methods can create more engaging and motivating learning experiences. We are currently looking for organisations where we can carry out job shadowing within these areas and learn from innovative practices and pedagogical approaches connected to game-based and immersive learning.
