SHALL WE GO

Shall We Go is a support organization based in Milan, North Italy. The company is specialized

in programs for young people, students, teachers to improve their professional skills, staff

training and other related projects.

We give support to students, young workers, teachers and staff looking for an experience abroad

to implement their cultural, professional and soft skills.

We provide traineeship, professional trainings, job shadowing, study visits, professional visits,

school projects in private and public institutions, our mission is to guarantee quality

European mobility programs taking care for each participant.

Shall We Go was founded to promote educational and training programs, both at European and

International level, aiming at developing skills and improving the labor market.

We encourage intercultural exchanges, improve the educational and vocational system through

a variety of activities in order to strengthen the European identity dimension.

Shall We Go also promotes European opportunities and learning through experience, learning

by doing, networking and exchange. Our organization has a huge network that allows us to be

in contact with other companies, foreign partners, stakeholders, educational institutions. We

work in close cooperation with all of them, which facilitates direct contact with the target group

of the project. Furthermore, SWG has a close professional relationship with different

organizations, such as incubators, business centers, social organizations and industrial networks

and we collaborate to create and maintain employment through the promotion and

implementation of high quality VET training.
