Our school, opened in 1943, is the first vocational high school in Niğde. In our school, formal education is provided in 7 areas: Informatics, Electrical and Electronics, Metal, Machinery, Motor Vehicles, Renewable Energy Technologies and Furniture and Interior Design within the scope of Anatolian Technical High School and Anatolian Vocational High School programs. There is also a Vocational Education Center (MESEM) and Central Open Education High School (MAÖL) in our school. A total of 857 students, 96 teachers and 9 civil servants from the city center and villages work in our institution. Our school has 37 classrooms, 23 workshops, 7 informatics classes, 1 conference hall, 1 library and 1 cafeteria. Anatolian Technical Program has started to accept students through central exam since 2018. Our school has graduated more than ten thousand students since its establishment. Our graduates assume important responsibilities in the development of our city and our country, especially in the field of industry. Our school closely follows developing technology and change and strives to provide all students with the necessary knowledge and skills with the mission of providing them with the knowledge and skills to keep up with the times. Erasmus+, eTwinning and TÜBİTAK projects are actively carried out in our institution.
KA1 and KA2 projects, which received grants from the Turkish National Agency, were completed in our school in 2014 and 2017. In 2022, the KA122 SCH "Make it Happen: Our Nature Our Future" Erasmus+ project was successfully completed. 2023 KA210 Vet project is being carried out.
In 2022, we hosted our teachers from Lithuania at our school for Job-shadowing.
eTwinning projects are actively carried out in our institution.
The Smile for Tomorrow eTwinning project carried out in our school came second in the high school category in the Niğde Best Practices in Education Competition organized by the Niğde Provincial Directorate of National Education.
The Make it Happen: Our Nature Our Future eTwinning project carried out in our school came third in the province in the high school category.
In the 2020-2021 academic year, our school was entitled to receive the eTwinning School label.

Thanks to the projects carried out in our school, our school, Şehit Fazıl Doğruöz Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, has become the official partner of the "European Vocational Skills Week in 2022".
