OrbitArena AS is a vocational rehabilitation and inclusion company with a total of 110 employees across the group. We provide a range of services for NAV, private companies, and individuals.
Within our group, we deliver career guidance, expert assistance services, AFT (Work Preparation Training), VTA (Permanent Adapted Work), and programs for students and apprentices.
The common denominator across all our services is qualification and transition into employment.
Many of the people we work with lack formal education. An increasing number of those referred to us have not completed upper secondary education, many are young and have little or no work experience. We also see that many struggle with health-related challenges.
