The Evening Vocational High School (EPAL) of Evosmos is one of the largest VET schools in Thessaloniki, Greece, boasting 28 years of experience. The school serves over 600 learners annually, supported by a faculty of approximately 60 educators.

Learners are aged 16+, with a strong presence of adult (90%) and immigrant students (1/3). Operating between 18:00 and 22:30, the school ensures flexible access to vocational education for individuals with professional and family commitments. Graduates are awarded formal qualifications, including an Upper Secondary Diploma and a VET Specialization Certificate (EQF Level 4).

Recently, our school was awarded an Erasmus+ Accreditation in Vocational Education and Training (VET) and are currently designing and preparing the next cycle of mobility activities for both learners and staff. Through our Erasmus Plan, we aim to strengthen modern school leadership, support teachers in implementing innovative and digital pedagogical approaches, enhance profession specific and transversal skills of our learners and promote wellbeing and resilience within our school community. Thus, we seeking host oranizations for the following types of mobility activities:

Staff mobility
We are looking for:
Job shadowing in VET schools and training centres with strong leadership practices, inclusive approaches and effective wellbeing strategies.
Structured training courses and workshops focused on:
a.innovative pedagogical approaches and digital tools in VET education,
b.school leadership and management,
c.inclusion and support mechanisms for VET learners,
d.wellbeing and resilience-building strategies for both staff and learners

Learners mobility
Short-term learning mobility of VET learners: We are seeking cooperation with companies, enterprises, VET schools, training centres and social organisations able to host VET learners. Our goal is to enhance vocation-specific skills tailored to each of the specializations mentioned above, through mobility activities, combining practical workshops, laboratory training, and site visits to Companies.

Long-term strategic cooperation
