ETSCO

ETSCO stands for “Ecole Technique Supérieure de Chimie de l’Ouest” which means technical Higher School of chemistry of the West”, the “west” meaning the west of France, since we are located in Angers, near Brittany.
Our school deals with two higher education technical degrees called BTS. One is about chemistry (analysis, organic synthesis and formulation) and the other one is about water treatment (drinking water and waste water). From an administrative point of view, we are classified as “lycée” or High School , but we only have to deal with higher education students.
We have about 200 students and 30 teachers and staff.

We would be happy to welcome one teacher or staff for a shadowing job and always look for opportunities to see and understand how other countries organize their teaching and manage their school.
