In fact the 6th Junior High School of Larissa has a long tradition in European eTwinning programs, which began in 2011 and continues to this day. During these years, students and teachers have gained valuable experience from these collaborations, exchanging good practices. With eTwinning, the use of foreign languages is encouraged, students become familiar with the use of technology and the internet, which they learn to use positively, they gain more interest in teaching subjects, they discover the positive aspects of collaboration (online or not) and they become more creative. The European eTwinning projects implemented in our school are either integrated into the school timetable or take place immediately after school hours, depending on the needs of the students and each project.
