By means of this project, we want to ensure a European level of training for the teaching staff in accordance with the needs identified at the level of the organization teachers, representing 15% of the teaching stuff, participating in 3 complex courses and later becoming trainers for 30 colleagues teachers. Following learning innovative specific strategies, we want to fight the attention deficit of 70 students identified by applying psychological tests, using the classroom modern methods acquired during the training course, an approach that will lead to increasing the attractiveness of the lessons. The academic progress of the students in the target group will be achieved by increasing the general average of each one by 10%. In order to share the experience at the European level, we will create a guide with the innovative methods learned at the training courses and examples of good practices in their use, which will be uploaded on dedicated platforms.
