We are Erasmus+ accredited Gargzdai Krantas progymnasium in Klaipeda district western Lithuania and at the moment we are planning job shadowing mobilities from 01-06-2024 to 31-08-2025.
Our students (in grades 1-8) are aged between 7-16. Also, there are 2 classes with special needs students. 73 teachers and educational support specialists work with about 850 students.
We are looking for cooperation on both sides. We would like to have job shadowing on topics:
- Inclusion and support for students with special needs or gifted students in and out of the classroom
- PBL (Project Based Learning),
- TBL (Task Based Learning),
- Student-centered learning,
- Teaching outside the school,
- Creative methods in 21st century lessons,
- Emotional and physical well-being for the school community.
We could host teachers and offer our experience in CLIL non-formal lessons (English and History, English and Geography), assessment and self-evaluation in the lessons, task based learning outside school, share ideas about organised brain games and contests, IT in the classroom, etc.
Also, we can help to organize your visit: travelling, accommodation, excursions.

What qualities we seek in potential partners
We are looking for the partners from the EU countries willing to organise job shadowing for our school staff. The project starts on 01-06-2024 and deadline is 31-08-2025. We are an Erasmus+ accredited school till 2027, so the cooperation could last till that time.
