The School Unit hopes to improve teaching and learning by applying effective methodological approaches and practices based on the experience of European organizations (partners), especially for groups of children facing challenges due to their particular characteristics. At the same time, by integrating digital technology more effectively into teaching and learning, we believe that there will be better results in teaching and learning, due to the possibilities it offers. The involvement and training of staff in the context of specific seminars and training activities that we have identified in various European platforms/organizations, will give the opportunity to transfer this expertise to the school unit, in order to have better learning outcomes. Staff will be able to make use of new knowledge in teaching and learning.

What qualities we seek in potential partners
Inclusive education is a key axis in the school unit's effort to address learning barriers that prevent students with special characteristics from participating effectively in the educational process. In this context, training staff with effective methodological approaches and practices that make teaching and learning more effective is necessary. At the same time, integrating new technologies leads to better teaching and learning outcomes but requires the digital development of teachers' competencies. Therefore, the digital development of teachers' competencies is a key pillar of the program.
